What countries do you ship to?

No matter where you are, we'll deliver to your doorstep. Enjoy our products from anywhere in the world with our global shipping services." Please note that we unfortunately do not ship to Pakistan at the moment.

Shipping in India is Free of Cost.

Shipping to International locations is charged extra over and above the product cost depending on weight and volumetric size.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to dispatch the order asap, maximum within 2-3 days except Sunday. Usually the shipment reaches in 5-6 working days. If you want express shipping, please leave us a note while placing the order or call us and we can share the additional charges.

Most orders are delivered within 10 working days.

For Pre-Order, timelines are mentioned on each product, generally we take at least 15 days to dispatch the order.

For finishing such as Falls, pico, etc, the dispatch may take 4-5 working days.

For International orders mostly it takes 10-15 working days but the delivery timelines are completely dependent on the custom clearance time for the respective country.

For Jewelry orders to International locations (outside India) the delivery timeline is 25-30 days. Also, this is completely dependent on the custom clearance time for the respective country.

We accept exchange or returns ONLY if you've received items in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from its description on the product detail page on Kapaaskatha.in.

How do I wash the products.

Home & Kids Collection:
We recommend dry clean/hand-wash in cold water separately or very gentle machine wash and line dry.
If you use tumble dry please use delicate mode.

Clothing:
Dry Clean Only

Why are there slight variation in colours and textures

Our product photos are captured under various lighting conditions to provide an accurate representation. While we strive to showcase each item as true to reality as possible, slight color variations may occur due to differences in phone resolution, camera lenses and individual perspectives.

Additionally, as our products are handcrafted by artisans in small batches, subtle differences in color shades may occur between batches due to the human touch involved in the crafting process.

Are there irregularities in the handmade products

You may find some irregularities in the handmade products that we sell like colour stains in Kalamkaris, variation in handtied bandhani, etc.

In Kalamkari products showing color bleeding or staining isn't considered as defect as it is a part of the craft.

In Bandhani pieces missing bandhani, irregular bandhani size, blackish bandhani dots is not defect, it tells that the Bandhani is hand-tied.

Weaving irregularities like a few threads missing, extra threads, uneven weaving, etc are the beauty of handloom pieces and these are not considered as defects.

Irregularities in handmade products are often considered a hallmark of their uniqueness and charm. Unlike mass-produced items, which are typically manufactured with precision and uniformity, handmade products bear the marks of their creators' craftsmanship and individuality.

Customers who appreciate craftsmanship and value individuality are drawn to these unique qualities, viewing them as tangible reminders of the artisan's skill and dedication.

What are the payment methods that I can use

We welcome various payment methods for domestic shoppers, including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and Net Banking.

For international shoppers, we accept payment via credit cards, Net Banking, Remitly and Xoom.

Custom Duty

Do i have to pay custom duty on international order

We endeavor to minimize these costs for our clients whenever possible. Customs duties vary by country and are the responsibility of the client. Customs duties are beyond our control and are determined by the regulations of each country.
