Shipping policy

kapaaskatha.in is committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered  Speedpost, or in the worst case, refund the payment made.

  • International shipping borne by the client

  • How long does it take for an order to arrive?
    • We dispatch order in 3 to 4 days except Sunday. Usually it reaches in 5-6 working days. If you want express shipping, Please leave us a note while placing the order or call us and we can share the additional charges. Most orders are delivered within 10 working days.
    • For Pre-order, we will need at least 10-15 days to dispatch the order.
    • For finished and customized products, like with Falls, Stitching etc, the dispatch may take 10-12 days.
    • For international orders, the delivery may take 5-7 days more than the usual time specified above.
    • For Jewellery orders to International locations (outside India) the delivery timeline is 25-30 days. Also, this is completely dependent on the custom clearance time for the respective countries.

  • Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

  • We strive to support our clients with the status update and tracking details and make sure the packages reach in time and as soon as possible. Having said that we have no control over the delays caused by the delivery partners and courier companies. We request our clients to be patient in such cases as it might take a little longer than the suggested timeline.

  • We use reputed courier services such as FedEx, UPS, Trackon, Delhivery and Merchant Couriers.

  • Once the product is shipped, you would receive an update on your email and the watsapp number (Via ZOKO) or a message on your phone number with the tracking details.

  • Import or Custom Duties:
    • Customs duties vary by country and are the responsibility of the client.
    • Customs duties are beyond our control and are determined by the regulations of each country.
